The 38th IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS 2018) solicits short papers, presenting the research and development results in distributed computing systems and applications. Early implementations, prototypes, work-in-progress systems/applications as well as commercial products that are related to distributed computing technologies, Cloud Computing technologies, edge computing technologies, Internet of Things, smart cities, blockchains etc. are welcome.

Submission
A short paper submission should follow IEEE 8.5″ x 11″ Two-Column Format. Each submission can have up to 6 pages with 10pt font or larger, including all figures/tables and references.
If the submission is accepted for publication, up to 2 over-length pages may be purchased for the final camera-ready version. All accepted short papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will be published on IEEE Xplore (IEEE Digital Library). Short paper authors will be given 10 minutes time to present their work in short paper sessions at the conference.
