All submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5” x 11” Two-Column Format. Each submission can have up to 10 pages without references. Papers exceeding this length limit or with smaller fonts will be rejected without review. If the submission is accepted for publication, up to 2 over-length pages may be purchased for the final camera-ready version. Submissions should NOT be blinded for review.

It has been brought to our attention that several authors have uploaded their camera ready version on Easychair. Please note that we DO NOT use Easychair for proceeding production. The version you submitted there WILL NOT be included in the proceedings.
To properly include your paper in the ICDCS 2018 proceedings, please follow the instructions in the Author Kit to upload your camera-read and copyright release to the IEEE CPS site!
